Only produced between 2001 and 2007, Sodalite-dial Daytonas (ref. 116519) were off-catalogue creations, discreetly offered by Rolex to a select group of VIP clients. Never intended for the mainstream, they represent one of the most elusive chapters in the Daytona story - a rare moment where Rolex explored innovation through the use of precious stones. 

One of the only examples currently available in the UK, this 18ct white gold Daytona features a unique blue Sodalite dial set with factory diamond hour markers. Confirmed by Rolex during its recent service, Sodalite is a natural stone, meaning no two dials are alike and replacements are no longer available. As a result, pristine examples like ours continue to become scarcer, further elevating the rarity and long-term collectability of this exceptional Cosmograph.

Powered by the self-winding Calibre 4130 (Rolex's first in-house Chronograph movement), a 72-hour power reserve and 100 metres of water resistance. Fitted to a brand-new Rolex navy blue alligator strap and Rolex white gold folding clasp, with fliplock.
