No longer in production, this Patek Philippe ref. 5146J Annual Calendar (with beautiful soleil grey dial) remains one of their most creative innovations, bridging the gap between simple calendars and the grand comps.

Within the 39mm solid yellow gold case, the slate grey dial elegantly displays the day, date, month, moonphase display and power reserve - a harmony of multiple complications. Self-winding calibre 324 S IRM QA LU with 45hr power reserve, waterproof to 30m.
