I can't remember the last time we saw a vintage Day-Date in this condition... Not only is it fitted to its original President bracelet with early clasp, but it is without doubt the finest unpolished ref. 1803 we have ever had. It is a glimpse as to what a Day Date looked like in Rolex's window 47 years ago.

From the last year of its production (1978), this Plexiglas Day-Date, has never been polished, preserving perfect chamfered edges and super crisp definition of the gold fluted bezel. The silver pie-pan dial features slender tritium hands and applied gold baton hour markers, that are beautifully inlayed with black enamel. Fitted to the original yellow gold President bracelet, showing little to no signs of wear - even retaining its punched hallmark on the clasp side. Powered by Rolex's self-winding calibre 1566, waterproof to 60m and guaranteed for two years.
