This beautiful white dial stainless steel Cosmograph ref. 116520 was originally retailed in Switzerland in Dec 2002. 

Exclusive to the first years of production (2000-2003) of this reference, a few of these white dial Daytonas develop a creamy patina, earning them their Panna nickname. Our example although not quite a full Panna yet, is showing distinct signs that in years to come it will go on to develop more of this extremely desirable tone.
