Introduced in 2016 as Patek's first ever World Time with Flyback Chronograph, the 5930 combines two of the manufacture's most legendary complications in a perfectly proportioned 39.5mm white gold case.

Presented in exceptional, unpolished condition - retaining all original factory finishing with crisp hallmarks and sharp edges throughout. The deep blue dial with guilloché centre and blue world cities disc is exquisitely executed.

Fitted with the self-winding Calibre CH 28-520 HU, offering flyback chronograph, simultaneous reading of 24 time zones, and day/night indication. The ultimate frequent flyer grand complication.
