Launched in 2011, the 5164A took the cult-status Aquanaut and added Patek's brilliantly intuitive dual-time mechanism, allowing effortless jumping of the local hour hand with a single pusher, whilst maintaining home time at a glance. At 40.8mm, it remains the perfect modern sports Patek: sporty, discreet, and immensely capable.

This example from 2013 presents in excellent condition throughout, retaining strong factory finishing to the case and bezel. The iconic black embossed dial with luminous Arabic numerals and dual day/night apertures is flawless. Running perfectly on its Calibre 324 S C FUS automatic movement.

The 5164A-001 has become one of the most desirable and difficult Aquanauts to acquire discontinued in 2024 and now commanding serious premiums, particularly early production examples on the original composite strap with steel deployant.
