We purchased this ex display Speedmaster from an official Omega AD who were unable to retail it for the full £31,700 RRP.

A particularly handsome and unusual take on the Speedmaster, this 44.25mm Two Counters is crafted in Omega’s rich 18ct Orange Gold, paired with a glossy black enamel dial and black ceramic tachymetre bezel. The twin-register layout gives the watch a cleaner, more contemporary look, with small seconds at 9 o’clock and combined 60-minute and 12-hour chronograph timing at 3.

Inside is Omega’s impressive Co-Axial calibre 9301, an automatic column-wheel chronograph movement with a silicon balance spring, twin barrels and approximately 60 hours of power reserve. The beautifully finished movement, including its 18ct gold rotor and balance bridge, is fully visible through the sapphire crystal caseback.

Finished on a black Omega alligator strap with matching Orange Gold folding clasp, the watch is waterproof to 100 metres and combines proper Speedmaster sporting character with the weight and presence of a full precious-metal case.
