W2007051 - White Gold
First created by Louis Cartier in 1904 for his friend, Brazilian aviator Alberto Santos Dumont, the Cartier Santos is one of the earliest wristwatches ever made.
At 35mm, our large 18ct white gold example from 2007 is instantly recognisable by its elegant slim square case with gently tapered smooth edges, opaline dial with roman numerals, discreet signature at 7, and of course, Cartier's famous blue winding crown.
Powered by Cartier's hand-wound calibre 430, fitted to a brand new black alligator Cartier strap, fastened by its white gold folding clasp and presented with its Cartier box & certificate papers, originally retailed in Geneva.
