GMT 'Long E' Fuchsia
1675 -Small Hand MK 0
This exceptional 1967 'small-hand' GMT-Master ref. 1675, is as rare as it is beautiful.
The elongated centre-stroke of 'E' in 'ROLEX', the small 'freccino' 24hr hand, and the distinct shape of the coronet, identify this example as a rare 'MK 0'. The MK I was originally believed to be the first matte-dial GMT produced, that is until earlier 1.6m serial examples like this were discovered retaining the small arrow-tipped GMT hand from the gilt-dial predecessor. Highly-collectable, made even more so, thanks to its thick-font bright fuchsia bezel insert.
Rolex self-winding dual-time calibre 1570, waterproof to 60m & fitted to its correct riveted expanding Oyster bracelet 6636 with 80 end links, stamped 1967.
