The fascinating and important world of Daytona collecting is mainly fuelled by oddities found in the dial.

Exclusive to the first years of the in-house Daytona ref. 116520 production, a select few white dial examples developed a creamy patina, earning them the Panna nickname. Our 'P' serial example (retailed in Windsor in July 2002) has a uniform creamy hue to the white dial with warm silvery sub registers, and white gold hands & batons.

The 116520 was Rolex's first in-house developed self-winding Cosmograph (calibre 4130), waterproof to 100m and fitted to the solid end link '78490' Oyster bracelet. Accompanied by its Rolex box, perforated Certificate, service pouch, and latest generation Rolex service card.
