Wonderfully original and in exceptional condition, this early ref. 6610 Rolex Explorer retains its original box and rare chronometer certificate, completed with the daily test rates of the watch when it left the factory in 1957. The matt black dial has beautifully toned cream markers, with gilt font, track and hands. Its striking white painted seconds hand was introduced on the 3rd version of the ref. 6610, which superseded the ref 6350. Fitted to the original steel riveted bracelet with folding Oyster clasp.
