Sold on 24 Nov 2010This 'Orange Hand' manufactured in 1978, is the last version of the iconic Explorer II Ref 1655 before it was replaced by the '16550' sapphire glass model. The numbers engraved on the 24hr bezel are larger than on previous models, and the shape of the ROLEX crown on the dial is also different on this final version. Our watch is in fantastic crisp condition, and accompanied by its original box and full service history from Rolex watch company.
