This vintage Explorer reference 1016 is top of the adventurers wish list and an all time favourite among many Rolex collectors. Most can appreciate the functional design of both case (with smooth non fussy bezel) and simple 3,6,9 Arabic dial. Our watch is one of the last examples from 1983 (production of the 1016 ended in the late 80's) with white print dial and hacking centre seconds. Another feature of these last Explorer 1016's are the larger hands which overhang the minute track. Our watch is a perfect example in very good original condition, guaranteed for 2 years.
